The hotel has a great location in the heart of Battery Park City and offers a clean and spacious room. However, the service left a lot to be desired, as it felt unprofessional at times. The dining options are lovely but limited hours, and while the facilities are nice, they could use a bit more attention to detail. Overall, there were some pros and cons during my stay.
